Remote Deposit is a proven technology that uses a scanner, a PC and the Internet to scan checks and make electronic deposits into your Bank of Canton Business Checking account right from your office desk.  This service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

How Does it Work?

Remote Deposit is not only powerful, but also easy to set up and use. All your business will need is a Bank of Canton Business Checking account, a PC with a high-speed Internet connection, and a desktop check scanner and software, which the Bank will provide.

Remote Deposit is as easy as 1-2-3:

• Scan your checks. Using a desktop check scanner, simply scan both sides of the checks in a single pass.
  
  
• Prepare your deposit. View images of the scanned checks right from your PC. The dollar amounts for the checks are automatically read and processed.
   
  
• Submit your deposits. Electronically send deposits to Bank of Canton. Click “Submit Deposit” and your deposit is sent to Bank of Canton through a secure Internet connection.
