SVP, Retail Banking & Deposit Operations Kelly M. Orlando
CANTON, Mass. (April 14, 2025) – Kelly M. Orlando recently joined Bank of Canton’s executive team as senior vice president of retail banking & deposit operations. She brings extensive sales, service and operations experience to the new role, with a 36-year career in financial services that includes senior leadership positions at Greater Boston area community banks and credit unions.
“It is a privilege,” said Orlando, “to support and collaborate with these teams as we continue to enhance the ways we meet the financial needs of our customers and communities. I am deeply passionate about my role because it allows me to work alongside a group of dedicated professionals who are at the heart of everything Bank of Canton does.
“Working together, we create a seamless experience that truly reflects our commitment to caring for our customers.”
Orlando has achieved success by building effective, high-performing teams across departments. In her previous role at a multibillion-dollar credit union, she oversaw a 160-employee division responsible for payments, deposit maintenance services, online account opening, and several other operations and risk management functions. In other roles, Orlando has also been responsible for deposit pricing strategy, product development, and policies and procedures.
Working out of Bank of Canton’s 490 Turnpike Street corporate headquarters, Orlando reports directly to Executive Vice President Michael Lindberg.
“Kelly is terrific at identifying and capitalizing on areas of opportunity,” said Lindberg, “in terms of developing products, eliminating inefficiencies, improving service levels and more. She is truly passionate about her job and collaborating with others, and I’m confident the culture she’ll bring to our organization will lead to an even better banking experience for our customers.”
Outside of work, Orlando is active in the community. She is a seven-year rider for the Pan-Mass Challenge, and she volunteers, fosters and fundraises for Happy Tails Pet Rescue. She lives in Pelham, New Hampshire, with her husband and two children.
