Online Banking Is About to Get Even Better

Real-Time Account Alerts

Starting June 4, you’ll be able to receive real-time account alerts via text, email or secure message, with our new Alerts feature in Online Banking.

You can be notified instantly when a charge or deposit hits, a check clears, or your balance drops below a certain amount. Over 20 different alerts are available – enable the ones you want, and choose exactly how you’d like to receive them.

The new Alerts tool will completely replace the current Alerts tool. If you’ve created any alerts with the current tool, please remember to re-establish them using the new Alerts tool.

Look for the new Alerts section coming June 4 to your Online Banking home screen.

eStatements Options

We’ve also finished our eStatements upgrade! You can now access your eStatements within Online Banking by clicking/tapping on any account on your home screen, and using the Documents link on the next screen.

• With eStatements now available within Online Banking, the hyperlink to the separate eStatements portal will be removed on June 4.
• The separate eStatements portal will be discontinued on July 9.

Choosing Paperless Delivery

It’s easy to go paperless:

• Personal Online Banking users – starting June 4, just complete the short eStatements enrollment prompt when you log into Online Banking to turn off paperless delivery. You can still download and print your eStatements at home anytime. Your delivery preference is saved in your personal Online Banking profile, and you can adjust it whenever you like.
• Business Online Banking users – please complete & return our short Paperless eStatement Authorization form to enroll your business accounts in paperless eStatement delivery. You can change your delivery preference by contacting the bank.

Current paperless customers: please re-enroll your accounts using the appropriate method above. You will begin receiving paper statements again if you do not re-enroll your accounts before July 9.
